With Hygiene becoming ever more important and laws being tightened, flyscreens are becoming a compulsory fitment in all commercial kitchens.
Insect proofing commercial environments is a statutory requirement in the U.K.
The Food Safety (Food Hygiene) General Regulations 1995 state:
“…windows which are opened to the outside environment must where necessary be fitted with insect proof screens…”
Products include Vertical and Horizontal Roller Screens, Hinged Screens, Sliding Doors and Windows and Door Curtains.
Our Flydor flyscreen systems are tried and tested by extensive use in commercial kitchen applications. We have designed specific systems for this such as the Eazy Slider and Premo Door. All systems are also suitable for domestic applications to windows and doors where flying insect control is required. Areas such as conservatories, sun lounges and kitchens are particularly suited as they are often more prone to insect infiltration.
